Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be returned along with the product

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Personalized and customized items (photo frames, engraved gifts, customized phone cases, personalized keychains)
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Beauty and personal care products (once opened or used)
  • Perishable goods and consumables
  • Digital products and downloadable items
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@ecomvyapaar.com or call 7206390105 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning a product due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.)
  • Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/defective item
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
  • In cases of manufacturing defects, we may require you to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims

Please note: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be completed online before order confirmation.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel:

  • If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery and initiate a return once it reaches you

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund for Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment was deducted but the order was not successfully placed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 7-10 business days. If the refund is not received, please contact your bank or payment provider.
