1. Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange request may be raised within 48 hours of delivery under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or damaged product delivered
- Manufacturing defect in the product
- Product variant mismatch (where applicable)
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices (unless found defective)
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange request:

- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Our customer support team will review the request and respond within 1–2 working days.
4. Return Pickup & Processing
- Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged, subject to serviceability at your location
- The product must be unused and securely packed
- After successful inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched, subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit
5. Policy Updates
THE ECOMM VYAPAAR reserves the right to amend or update this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
